The Maryhill Group Practice, based in the beautiful town of Elgin in Moray, is seeking a committed and forwardthinking GP to join our established and supportive Partnership.

About Us:

We are a long-established and innovative practice, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our list of 22,500 
patients. Our Partnership currently consists of five GPs, supported by an excellent team of salaried GPs, Advanced 
Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, an Integrated Community Nursing Team, Occupational Therapists, 
Physiotherapists, Mental Health Workers and Administrative staff.

The Role:

As a GP Partner, you will play a key role in the leadership and strategic direction of the Practice. You will have the 
opportunity to shape decision-making, drive innovation, and work alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to 
deliver outstanding care.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering the highest standards of service.
• Has a collaborative, team-based approach and is keen to contribute to the ongoing development of the Practice.
• Brings experience that would complement and enhance our current Partnership, particularly in areas such as 
leadership, clinical management, or innovation.
• Has a strong interest in professional development and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
• Is flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.
