Maryhill Surgery is excited to share a new collaboration between the health centre and Goldster, a program for healthy aging. 

 

Goldster provides support regarding nutrition, exercise, mental health, chronic conditions, menopause, and more, and it's available for free to Maryhill patients. Interested in giving it a try? Make an appointemnt with your GP to see if you're eligible for a referral.
