eConsult is a confidential, digital triage and online consultation platform that allows Elgin Health Centre to deal with medical queries. eConsult will allow you to submit your symptoms or requests to the practice electronically for it to be then put to a triage team for them to offer you the most relevant clinician for your issue. eConsult avoids the need to potentially wait on the phone in a queue and certain requests can be dealt with via direct reply through the platform. The more information you are able to provide will help us to offer the most appropriate response or appointment.

Our eConsult service is open from 6:00am to 11:00am Monday to Friday.  Submitted eConsults are triaged on the next working day and responded to promptly.
