MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
 
Are you a friendly, reliable, organised and proactive individual looking to join a supportive team in a busy GP practice? The Maryhill Group practice is seeking two part-time receptionists to be the welcoming face of our service and a key part of our administration team. 
 
Maryhill is a busy practice with over 22,500 patients. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and compassionate service both in person and over the phone. You'll play a vital role in working with our administration team and be part of a team of 11 receptionists at the practice. 
 
The posts are permanent, and training would be provided.
 
Hours of work would be:
Week 1: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 13.30pm
Week 2: Monday & Tuesday 13:00 - 18.00pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 13:30pm - 18:30pm
 
Key responsibilities:
: Welcoming and assisting patients at reception Front Desk
: Managing telephone enquiries and appointment bookings 
: Work as part of our Duty and Triage Team  
: Working at our Rothes surgery when required - full driving license and access to own car is required. 
: Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
:Using software such as Vision, Docman, Engage, Word and Excel - Experience of these is beneficial but full training would be provided.
